Regarding mentions of third-party products and services, Colabra acknowledges the corresponding industrial and intellectual property rights in favor of their owners. The mere mention or appearance of these products and services on the websites does not imply the existence of any rights or responsibility on the part of Colabra, nor does it constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by Colabra unless expressly stated.

11- Colabra and the user, for all legal purposes, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Santiago, Chile, for any dispute that may arise from the access or use of the websites. In the event that the user is domiciled outside of Chile, Colabra and the user submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Santiago, Chile.
